Jabmo supports a secure integration that allows you to view data from your Marketo instance directly in your Jabmo dashboards. This integration enriches your Jabmo ABM Platform with marketing activities and known contacts, allowing you to get a full picture of your key account engagements.

Supported Objects

The following Marketo objects are supported:

• Leads

• Activities

To set up the integration, you will need:

  1. A Standard Jabmo ABM Platform Subscription.

  2. Any Marketo Subscription.

  3. A Marketo User with Admin Permissions.

  4. A Marketo Client ID and Client Secret.

  5. Your Marketo Base URL.

Marketo Client ID and Client Secret

You must provide your Jabmo Client Success Manager with your Marketo client ID and client secret. In order to do this, you must first create a Custom Service for API use, dedicated to this integration. For more information about how to do this and retrieve your client ID and client secret, see Credentials for API Access in the Marketo documentation.

Marketo Base URL

You must provide your Jabmo Client Success Manager with your Marketo Base URL. The Base URL contains the account id (a.k.a. Munchkin id) and is therefore unique for each Marketo subscription. Your base URL is found by logging into Marketo and navigating to the Admin > Integration > Web Services menu. It is labeled as “Endpoint:” underneath the “REST API” section. See the relevant Marketo documentation to locate the Base URL.

Once you provide Jabmo with the integration details, we will send you an activation link, through which you can authenticate the integration app to access your Marketo Instance. Once this is one, Jabmo will handle the deployment itself.

Once the deployment is complete, you will be notified by the Jabmo team and start seeing Marketo engagements, in your Key Account Analytics Dashboard in the Jabmo ABM Platform.

If you need any help or experience any problems with this integration, please contact our product team: platform@jabmo.com.
