Jabmo supports a secure integration that allows you to view data from your Salesforce instance directly in your Jabmo dashboards, correlating ABM and business results, and thus proving ROI.

Supported Objects

The following Salesforce objects are supported:

• Account

• Opportunity

• Contact

• Event (i.e. Meetings)

Requirements

• The Salesforce account of the client must be enabled for API access. (API access is enabled by default for Enterprise, Unlimited, Developer and Performance editions)

• If your Salesforce app enforces IP address restrictions, you must grant access to the addresses used by Amazon AppFlow. For more information, see AWS IP address ranges.

• You need to provide Jabmo with a secure Salesforce API user that we can use to configure the connected application. Instructions for creating this API user may be found here.

• A complete list of the Target Accounts present in your Salesforce instance, with the ID (e.g. 0016g00000MDyrWAAT) of each Target Account record, must be sent to Jabmo.

Deployment

The deployment itself will be handled by Jabmo via the API user you have provided us.
Once the deployment is complete, you will see a new connected app in your Salesforce account. By default the app will be named Amazon AppFlow Embedded Login App. As a final step, set the refresh token policy for this app to Refresh token is valid until revoked:
